Product Authenticity<\/strong><br data-start=\"416\" data-end=\"419\" \/>2.1 EvoTech is an authorized distributor for leading brands like Schneider Electric, ABB, Chint, and Terasaki in Pakistan.<br data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"544\" \/>2.2 We guarantee that all products supplied are 100% original and sourced directly from authorized manufacturers.<\/p><p data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"958\"><strong data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"688\">3. Pricing and Payments<\/strong><br data-start=\"688\" data-end=\"691\" \/>3.1 All prices are quoted in the local currency and are subject to change without prior notice.<br data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"789\" \/>3.2 Payments must be made according to the agreed terms at the time of order placement.<br data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"879\" \/>3.3 Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.<\/p><p data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"1207\"><strong data-start=\"960\" data-end=\"986\">4. Orders and Delivery<\/strong><br data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"989\" \/>4.1 Orders will be processed and dispatched as per the agreed timeline.<br data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1063\" \/>4.2 EvoTech is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including shipping carrier delays or customs clearance issues.<\/p><p data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1513\"><strong data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1236\">5. Warranty and Returns<\/strong><br data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1239\" \/>5.1 All products are covered under the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty.<br data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1305\" \/>5.2 Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.<br data-start=\"1413\" data-end=\"1416\" \/>5.3 To initiate a return, customers must notify EvoTech within 7 days of receiving the product.<\/p><p data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1731\"><strong data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1549\">6. Custom Panels and Solutions<\/strong><br data-start=\"1549\" data-end=\"1552\" \/>6.1 Custom electrical panels are built to customer specifications and are non-refundable.<br data-start=\"1641\" data-end=\"1644\" \/>6.2 EvoTech is not responsible for incorrect specifications provided by the customer.<\/p><p data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1992\"><strong data-start=\"1733\" data-end=\"1749\">7. Liability<\/strong><br data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"1752\" \/>7.1 EvoTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products supplied.<br data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"1899\" \/>7.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products are used safely and correctly.<\/p><p data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2168\"><strong data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2016\">8. Confidentiality<\/strong><br data-start=\"2016\" data-end=\"2019\" \/>8.1 All business and customer information shared with EvoTech will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.<\/p><p data-start=\"2170\" data-end=\"2364\"><strong data-start=\"2170\" data-end=\"2190\">9. Governing Law<\/strong><br data-start=\"2190\" data-end=\"2193\" \/>9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.<br data-start=\"2261\" data-end=\"2264\" \/>9.2 Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.<\/p><p data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2512\"><strong data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2405\">10.
