2. Product Authenticity
2.1 EvoTech is an authorized distributor for leading brands like Schneider Electric, ABB, Chint, and Terasaki in Pakistan.
2.2 We guarantee that all products supplied are 100% original and sourced directly from authorized manufacturers.

3. Pricing and Payments
3.1 All prices are quoted in the local currency and are subject to change without prior notice.
3.2 Payments must be made according to the agreed terms at the time of order placement.
3.3 Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

4. Orders and Delivery
4.1 Orders will be processed and dispatched as per the agreed timeline.
4.2 EvoTech is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including shipping carrier delays or customs clearance issues.

5. Warranty and Returns
5.1 All products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
5.2 Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
5.3 To initiate a return, customers must notify EvoTech within 7 days of receiving the product.

6. Custom Panels and Solutions
6.1 Custom electrical panels are built to customer specifications and are non-refundable.
6.2 EvoTech is not responsible for incorrect specifications provided by the customer.

7. Liability
7.1 EvoTech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products supplied.
7.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products are used safely and correctly.

8. Confidentiality
8.1 All business and customer information shared with EvoTech will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
